Job Description
The Advancement Place is currently seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to fill the role of Hostel Master/Mistress at our student hostel situated in Abeokuta, Ogun State. Accommodation will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise students to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Implement discipline and maintain a structured environment.
- Offer guidance in both personal and academic matters.
- Oversee cleanliness and proper management of the hostel facilities.
- Collaborate with school management and parents to facilitate effective communication.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: OND/NCE (a degree is preferred).
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
