Job Description
Lagos Executive Cardiovascular Centre (LECC) is seeking a Business Development Manager for their facility in Lekki Phase I, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales and retention strategies, identifying new business prospects, and achieving quarterly sales goals.
- Develop sales and retention strategies for target markets and facility services.
- Identify new business prospects and medical-specific initiatives to drive growth.
- Achieve quarterly sales goals by developing referrals from physicians and cooperate companies.
- Track and report on sales activities.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with physicians and company executives to understand needs and close business deals.
- Prepare and present executive reports.
- Manage strategic marketing and communications planning.
- Implement integrated marketing campaigns.
Job Requirements: Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of work experience. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of ₦1.00 per month.
