Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Hospital Administrator to lead operational setup in our facility. This role involves developing internal programs to enhance hospital efficiency and managing operational resources to ensure smooth operations.
Key responsibilities include supervising staffing activities, improving care efficiency, planning and administering programs, liaising with healthcare professionals, problem-solving staffing issues, and presenting hospital reports to senior management. You will also be responsible for inventory management and developing revenue generation strategies.
Applicants should possess 5+ years of hospital management experience, with healthcare consulting being advantageous, along with a Bachelor’s Degree as a minimum qualification.
