Job Description
Location: Lekki, Lagos.
Our client, Santus Consulting, is seeking a talented and dedicated chef to join their team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating delicious and nutritious meals, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure food quality and timely service.
- Plan menus within budget and seasonal availability.
- Supervise kitchen operations and inventory.
- Maintain kitchen safety and sanitation.
- Develop new recipes and stay updated on trends.
- Act on feedback for improvement.
Requirements:
- Prior chef experience.
- Resident in Lagos, Nigeria.
- Culinary arts knowledge.
- Versatility in cuisines.
- Focus on sanitation and quality.
- Portfolio of creative dishes.
- Strong multitasking and leadership skills.
- Experience in stock management.
- Passion for culinary delights.
- Culinary school degree/diploma is a plus.
