Job Summary:

Join our client, StreSERT Integrated Limited, a leading Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) with a presence in all six geopolitical zones of Nigeria.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Professional Nurse, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries and complaints from enrollees, documenting pertinent information for management review, verifying bills from network facilities, reviewing claims for compliance with pre-authorization codes, and investigating incidents of abuse while reporting findings to Management.

Education:

A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program is required. Candidates must hold a valid nursing registration.

Experience:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing and midwifery is essential.
