Job Description
So Fresh, a healthy food company operating throughout Nigeria, is seeking a Helpdesk/Online Sales Supervisor at our Opebi, Ikeja location. We emphasize fresh and nutritious food options.
Salary: ₦85,00 – ₦100,00 per month
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product inquiries.
- Resolve complaints and gather feedback.
- Train and mentor the sales team.
- Lead and coach the online sales team.
Requirements:
- B.SC or HND in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
