Job Description
MOTA-ENGIL seeks a Heavy Equipment Trainer for a major rail construction project in Nigeria. The trainer will plan and deliver classroom and practical instruction for excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, and dumpers; enforce safe operation and basic maintenance; assess trainees and maintain reports and attendance records; oversee drills, log faults, and coordinate closely with HSE and Operations.
- Requirements: proven operator or technician experience; prior training experience preferred; strong safety and maintenance knowledge; clear communication; available for Nigeria rotation.
