Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to join our team as Head of User Support. As the Head of User Support, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring the highest level of user satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to improve customer service efficiency. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining customer service policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer service management and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience in handling technical support in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
