Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Tax Management. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of tax planning, compliance, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tax strategies and initiatives to optimize the company’s tax position.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including timely filing of all required tax returns.
- Manage tax audits and inquiries and coordinate with external tax consultants as necessary.
- Provide tax advice and support to other departments within the organization.
- Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company.
- Prepare and present regular tax reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of tax laws and regulations.
- At least 8 years of experience in tax management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex tax matters to non-tax professionals.
- Proficiency in tax software and MS Office applications.
