Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as Head of Sales & Business Development for our Real Estate Agency. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue generation.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
- Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify areas for business expansion.
Requirements:
