Job Description
JOB LOCATION: LAGOS
THE POSITION: We are looking for a Head Property and Facility Manager to manage our properties and client’s portfolio, ensuring that our facilities are functioning well at all times.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Head, property, and facility manager shall have amongst others, the following primary responsibilities:
- Effective and efficient running of the property and facility both for Lagos and other locations.
- Management, organization and retention of the company’s properties and client portfolio.
- Manage all property and facility staff.
- Making sure that company properties are being used appropriately and well maintained.
- Making sure properties provide adequate returns on investment.
- Organizing and checking repairs.
- Conducts complete detailed inspections of properties, and preparing a complete report upon inspection.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
· Bachelor’s degree in estate management/engineering or related disciplines
· Master’s degree in Facility management or project management
· Minimum of 12-15 year of experience in property/facility management.
· Chartered membership of NIESV, ESVRABON, IFMA, RICS is required.
