Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Treasury Sales Team Lead to spearhead our efforts in achieving liability generation and deposit mobilization goals. This critical role involves crafting innovative strategies to enhance corporate, institutional, and retail deposits, while effectively managing bank liquidity and cash flow. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with treasury policies and identify new business opportunities through comprehensive market insights. Collaboration on innovative financial solutions will be a vital aspect of this position.
The successful candidate will possess 8-10 years of experience in treasury sales or corporate banking, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
