Job Description
Talenthub HR Network is seeking a Head of Site Development for a full-time, onsite position in Abuja. The successful candidate will lead construction and site projects, supervise contractors, engineers, and site personnel, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Responsibilities include monitoring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, preparing progress reports, and coordinating with consultants and authorities.
- Qualifications: BSc/HND in Engineering or Building Technology
- Experience: Proven site/project management, strong leadership and coordination skills
- Knowledge: Construction standards and compliance
- Compensation: Gross ₦350,00–₦400,00 per month
- Work arrangement: Full-time, onsite — Abuja
