Job Description
Truffle Careers is on the lookout for an energetic and accomplished Head of School to oversee and steer all facets of our institution located in Ibadan and Oyo State. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction, ensuring academic excellence, enhancing staff development, and nurturing a positive school environment.
Key Responsibilities: Lead in accordance with the school’s vision, manage academic programs, oversee staff recruitment and evaluations, and foster engagement with parents and the community.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Education (Master’s preferred), a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience (with at least 1 year in a leadership role), exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in curriculum development.
Salary: NGN 75,00 – 150,00 (Negotiable). This is a full-time position with convenient application options available.
