Job Description

Goldenspoon Food Limited seeks a results-driven Head of Sales to lead sales in Kuje. Responsibilities: develop and execute sales strategies, manage and motivate reps, expand distributor and key account networks, ensure product availability and market visibility, and report performance. Requirements: NCE minimum (OND/HND preferred); age 30+; 3+ years FMCG/confectionery sales; strong communication, negotiation, leadership, basic computer/reporting skills; resident in Kuje area; female candidates encouraged; immediate availability. Remuneration: ₦120,00/month plus performance commissions and incentives. Full-time.
