Job Description

This position Heads the Sales and Brokerage Department at Prodigi Africa. The ideal candidate will oversee real estate transactions, draft contracts, negotiate sale prices, and manage facility contracts. Experience working with HNIs is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advisory services to sellers
• Advertise properties through various channels
• Evaluate clients’ needs and recommend suitable properties
• Identify Facility Management Opportunities
• Mediate between sellers and buyers
• Supervise real estate agents and property viewings
• Source credible developments to expand property options
• Identify networking opportunities to enhance company branding
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₦500,00.00 per month
