Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and diligent individual to join our team as the Head of Safety. As the Head of Safety, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the safety protocols and procedures within our organization.

Your main duties will include developing and implementing safety policies, conducting regular safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations. You will also be responsible for providing safety training to employees, investigating incidents, and creating reports on safety performance.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in safety management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate safety-related information to individuals at all levels within the organization. A bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
