Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Head of Research, Development & Property Analysis at our esteemed company. This role requires a dynamic and innovative professional who can lead our research and development efforts while conducting comprehensive property analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the research and development team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the real estate industry.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for research, development, and property analysis to support business growth and enhance decision-making processes.
