Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Recovery to lead our debt recovery and collections function, optimize operational processes, and manage a high-performing team. The role includes designing recovery policies, setting and monitoring KPIs, negotiating with clients and external agencies, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Lead strategy and process improvement to maximize recovery rates and operational efficiency.
- Manage performance, reporting, and stakeholder relationships.
- 5+ years in recovery leadership; strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proven experience with CRM and collections systems and demonstrable results in improving recoveries.
