Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Recovery. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the recovery department, overseeing the process of recovering outstanding debts and managing a team of recovery agents.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in debt recovery, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to strategize and implement effective recovery plans. You will be working closely with other departments to ensure timely recovery and resolution of outstanding accounts.
