Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Head of Projects (Site) to lead on-site construction activities in Abuja. The role requires oversight of project delivery from planning through completion, supervision of contractors, engineers, and site staff, and enforcement of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include budget and schedule control, progress reporting, coordination with consultants and authorities, and ensuring adherence to construction standards.
Qualifications: BSc or HND in Engineering, Building Technology, or related field; proven site/project management experience; strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills; practical knowledge of site operations and construction standards. Salary: ₦350,00–₦400,00 gross per month.
