Job Description
Vintage Recruits is actively searching for a Head of Product Innovation and Management to spearhead our product development team in Lagos. This critical position will play a key role in enhancing our wealth management and financial services offerings.
The ideal candidate will mentor Product Managers, implement product strategies, conduct comprehensive market research, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with various departments to drive innovation and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize product effectiveness.
Applicants must possess over 10 years of experience in product management within the financial services industry, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field, and demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and project management.
