Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Payment Operations to lead and optimize payment processing, reconciliation, risk controls, and partnerships with gateways and banks. This senior role will ensure reliable, compliant, and efficient payment flows across the organization.

• Oversee daily payment operations, settlements, chargebacks, and reconciliation.
• Design and implement process improvements, operational controls, and fraud prevention measures.
• Manage relationships with payment gateways, banks, and third-party providers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet SLAs and regulatory requirements.

• 7+ years in payments or fintech with proven leadership experience.
• Strong analytical skills, familiarity with payment platforms, and regulatory knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
