Job Description
Uncle Stan’s Foods, a leading Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), is actively seeking a seasoned professional to take charge of our operational management. The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily functions across multiple locations to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include maintaining effective communication with managers and vendors, developing and implementing quality assurance protocols, enhancing operational processes, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to legal standards.
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in operations management, at least 10 years of experience in restaurant management, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.
