Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations to join our team. As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational processes within the company.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing operational strategies and goals.
- Managing and improving efficiency in all operational areas, including supply chain management, inventory control, and production processes.
- Leading a team of supervisors and ensuring smooth workflow across all departments.
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing new procedures to increase productivity and profitability.
- Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to achieve operational targets.
