Job Description
Kennedy Consulting seeks a Head of Operations to report to the CEO and lead operational strategy for our renewable energy and electric mobility units in Abuja. This full‑time role will drive efficiency, compliance, supply‑chain optimization, project delivery, and sustainability across the business.
- Lead teams, optimize processes, ensure regulatory adherence and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Oversee performance reporting, supplier management, and delivery of complex projects.
- Require bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) and 10+ years in operations leadership; experience in renewable energy, manufacturing, or technology is highly desirable.
- Must demonstrate strategic thinking, stakeholder management, strong analytical skills, and a record of managing large teams and complex programs.
Salary: ₦500,00–₦800,00 per month.
