Hobark International is seeking an experienced Head of Operations and Production to oversee compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements in the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure operational efficiency while conducting regular audits and risk assessments.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields, a minimum of 15 years of industry experience, and 5 years in a supervisory role. Candidates should have a solid understanding of process safety management and production optimization techniques, as well as familiarity with the regulatory environment in Nigeria.
