Job Description
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Master’s degree in Education or a PhD in a related discipline.
- Essential professional teaching and administrative qualifications.
- At least 7 years of experience in a school leadership role, ideally within an international school.
- Qualified Teacher Status registered with the TRCN.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the Principal in maintaining high teaching and learning standards.
- Develop and execute strategic goals and objectives.
- Oversee progress towards school improvement initiatives.
- Effectively lead and manage staff and resources.
