Salary: NGN 250,00 – 400,00
Spectrum Books Limited is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will develop strategies to enhance the visibility of our titles nationwide and drive the marketing and sales team to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Monitor competition and maintain customer focus.
- Oversee the performance of the sales team and provide ongoing training.
Qualifications:
- BSc or HND in business or related fields.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
