Job Description
Good Neighbours Microfinance Bank is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Marketing to spearhead our sales and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities: You will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans, leading a team of Sales Executives, driving product growth, ensuring asset expansion, analyzing market conditions, organizing promotional activities, and contributing to overall business development strategies.
Qualifications: Applicants should possess an HND/BSc in Marketing, Finance, or Communications, a minimum of 5 years of banking experience (with at least 2 years in a management role), comprehensive microfinance knowledge, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
