Job Description

We seek a Head of Marketing & Communications for Africa to lead brand, demand generation, and stakeholder engagement across the region. You will build and execute integrated marketing and PR strategies, manage the regional team, oversee digital campaigns, partnerships, and media relations, and align communications with business goals. The role requires 8+ years in marketing or communications, experience leading teams across African markets, strong strategic and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal English (French or Portuguese a plus), and willingness to travel. Reports to the CEO and collaborates with sales and product teams to drive growth, awareness, and reputation.
