Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Legal Services & Compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all legal affairs and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

As the Head of Legal Services & Compliance, you will be tasked with providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, and developing company policies and procedures to ensure compliance. You will also be responsible for managing external legal counsel, conducting legal research, and representing the company in legal matters.
