Job Description
Adron Homes and Properties Ltd seeks a Head of Land Acquisition to lead land sourcing and feasibility assessment, conduct due diligence, negotiate with landowners and stakeholders, and oversee legal documentation and regulatory approvals. You will develop acquisition strategies aligned with company growth, manage the acquisition team, and cultivate stakeholder relationships to support expansion in Abuja.
- Qualifications: Degree in Estate Management, Land Surveying, Urban & Regional Planning, Law, or related field
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in land acquisition or real estate
- Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder-management abilities; thorough knowledge of Abuja land laws and regulatory processes
