Job Description
Greenwich Merchant Bank is actively seeking a seasoned Head of Investment Banking to spearhead our investment banking division in Lagos. This full-time role encompasses managing deal origination, fostering client relationships, executing mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and providing advisory services.
The ideal candidate should hold an MBA or MSc and have a minimum of 15 years of executive-level experience. A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, along with a recognized professional financial certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA), is essential. Additionally, a CFA designation or a master’s degree in finance is highly desirable.
