The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, leading employee engagement initiatives, overseeing recruitment for top talent, managing workforce forecasting, and fostering a culture of learning and development.

To be considered, applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (Master’s preferred) and have over 8 years of HR leadership experience. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
