Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Head of Human Resources to direct talent strategy, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. The role will establish HR policies, manage compensation and benefits, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, and cultivate organizational culture and leadership development.
- 8+ years of HR leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong communication, strategic planning, and change-management skills
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
