Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our Human Resources department as the Head of Human Resources. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR management, strategic planning, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and implementing HR policies. The Head of HR will also work closely with the management team to ensure alignment between HR initiatives and business goals.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of labor laws and regulations. A minimum of 5 years of HR management experience is required.
