TWPC HR Services is looking for an experienced Head of HR & Administration to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of HR leadership experience, with a preference for candidates from the insurance or financial services sectors. This pivotal role will emphasize HR strategy, talent management, recruitment, learning and development, as well as ensuring compliance with labor laws.
The successful applicant will represent the Managing Director at high-level meetings, prepare speeches, and manage formal communications effectively.
Key qualifications include HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD), excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to foster relationships with various stakeholders.
