The Head of Finance will define and execute financial strategy, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, and lead accounting operations to ensure timely, accurate results. You will maintain regulatory compliance, optimize cash flow, and deliver actionable financial insights to support executive decision-making.

• Requirements: CPA or equivalent, 8+ years in finance leadership, and strong analytical skills.
• Proven experience with ERP systems, investor relations, and financial modeling.
• Hands-on leader who mentors the finance team, drives process improvements, and presents clear financial narratives to stakeholders.
