Job Description
The company is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional for the position of Head of Finance. As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the organization, including financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
You will play a crucial role in developing financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability goals. You will also be in charge of overseeing the financial team, ensuring adherence to accounting principles and regulations, and providing accurate and timely financial reports to the management.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial management. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this role. Excellent communication and leadership skills are also required.
