Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Early Childhood Education to oversee curriculum, teacher development, and family engagement across our preschool programs. The successful candidate will advocate for play-based learning, inclusive practices, and measurable child outcomes.

• Design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and assessment frameworks.
• Coach and mentor teaching staff to elevate instructional quality and professional growth.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate child progress assessments.
• Collaborate with families and community partners to support holistic child development.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, a minimum of five years in ECE leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of mentoring staff and improving program quality.
