Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop existing & new businesses/ Strategic Partnerships for growth
- Develop Roadmap and Marketing Plan for service introduction/enhancement
- Ensure Unified Payment market share growth
- Monitor market trends locally and globally
- Supervise relationship management practices
- Ensure stakeholder management
- Staff appraisals, team meetings, and personal development programs
- Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service
- Ensure conformance with organization’s policies and objectives
- Prepare monthly income reports
