Position: Head of Customer Service

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire our customer service team to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and execute effective customer service strategies.
- Analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage key metrics and reporting to monitor customer service performance.
Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of experience in customer service, preferably in FMCG.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Salary: N200,00 – N250,00/month.
