Job Description
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Salary: ₦200,00 – ₦300,00 monthly (includes HMO, performance bonuses, sales commission, and opportunities for training and career development)
Jimlad Dev Limited seeks a proactive Head of Customer Care to lead our dedicated customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing service policies, managing escalated issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer care leadership.
