Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Construction and Delivery to lead execution of infrastructure and building projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Oversee construction teams, subcontractors, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate stakeholders, manage budgets, and resolve site issues promptly.
- Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and performance reporting.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, minimum 8 years of construction leadership experience, and strong communication, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
