Job Description
TeamAce is looking for a dynamic professional to fill the crucial role of Head of Compliance and Internal Control. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and leading initiatives related to KYC, AML, and EFT.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective internal control systems.
- Ensure timely reporting to regulatory agencies.
- Monitor and stay updated on regulatory changes.
- Oversee KYC and AML compliance programs.
- Conduct training sessions on compliance for staff.
Requirements: A B.Sc or HND in Accounting/Finance, with over 5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of CBN regulations and excellent communication skills are essential.
Salary: Monthly compensation ranges from N450,00 to N500,00.
