Job Description
Location: Lekki | Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Uniqueperfecthair is seeking a proactive and experienced Head of School / Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at our Beauty and Wig School. You will manage staff, students, curriculum, finances, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities include managing school operations, supervising staff, overseeing the curriculum, supporting students, financial management, ensuring compliance, managing resources, leading marketing efforts, fostering industry partnerships, and organizing events.
Qualifications: At least ND qualification, 1+ years in educational management (preferably in beauty or wig-making), strong leadership and organizational skills.
