Job Description

We are seeking a Director of B2C Sales to lead and scale our consumer sales organization, driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention. You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, set ambitious yet attainable targets, coach and mentor sales managers, optimize sales processes and CRM utilization, and collaborate closely with marketing and product teams. You will own KPIs, forecasting, and pipeline health, implementing data-driven improvements to performance.

  • Qualifications: 8+ years in consumer sales, 3+ years in leadership.
  • Proven record of meeting revenue goals, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with digital channels.
