Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Accounts at Greensprings School. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, managing a team of accountants, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing financial strategies and goals
- Monitoring and analyzing financial performance
- Preparing financial reports and statements
- Managing cash flow and forecasting
- Overseeing budgeting and planning processes
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial objectives are met
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to make informed decisions. A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role is required.
