Job Description
VANZPLACE HOSPITAL is seeking a Head Nurse to lead the nursing team, coordinate patient care, and uphold clinical quality standards. The role includes staff scheduling, training and performance oversight, participation in physician rounds, vital sign monitoring, and implementation of individualized care plans. The Head Nurse will also manage resources and inventory, maintain accurate records, facilitate interdepartmental communication, and enforce hospital policies.
- Essential skills: strong leadership, clinical knowledge, organization, problem-solving, and clear communication.
- Employment: Full-time, permanent. Salary: ₦80,00–₦120,00 per month.
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Abuja before starting.
